Space Planning |

 We use the latest design software to provide optimized layouts that aid in visualizing your improved work areas. Federal and state safety codes are applied to result in a healthy and effective office environment.
Our designers are graduates from accredited programs and maintain their training to stay informed of current trends and changes in the commercial design arena. They generate each stage of a layout enabling us to prepare accurate, timely prints and specifications. Review of preliminary drawings for final approval will take into consideration the following:
- Building interface with product, power and communication
- Physical issues concerning access and egress in response to national and local building codes

Project Management |

 The Project Management team plans and coordinates all post-sale activities. CDI's Project Manager provides technical support to sales and design; supervises the accuracy of information and reviews project drawings for quality to ensure a productive and aesthetic environment for the client.
Project Managers provide our clients with the latest, update information to ensure clear understanding of the scope of a project and where we are on meeting our goals. Our experience ensures the least number of interruptions and the best possible installation time. |

 Our Flooring Division builds on the services that Corporate Design offers its clients by providing floor covering products, specification,installation and maintenance. This integration of services enables us to adhere to our clients’ scheduling and installation needs. Representing Milliken, J&J/Invision, Lees, Shaw and a host of additional floor covering solutions, we have the expertise, experience and skills to engineer, deliver and install the right flooring solution. |

 Corporate Design, Inc. provides carpet maintenance with Millicare’s patented dry cleaning system. We are dedicated to delivering premium carpet care, as well as panel, textile and upholstery care to our clients. Operations |

 Corporate Design, Inc. Employs experienced installation crews who have been factory-certified. When an order leaves the manufacturing facility, our warehouse personnel will be notified of its departure. Upon arrival, the product will be staged in the warehouse, pending delivery and installation scheduling. In the event of a large shipment, the delivery is often requested to ship directly to the job site and met by our installation crew. |

Warehousing |

 With 50,000 square feet of controlled warehouse space, we can handle most storage requirement. Occasionally, construction delays occur and a space is not available to occupy when anticipated. Should this occur, we will work closely with the manufacturer’s production and traffic departments to ensure smooth coordination for storage, delivery and installation when appropriate. |

Move Management |

 Building an effective workplace begins with the design process and continues through office system installation. We quality control the process of receiving, inspection, scheduling, delivering and installing great projects. Our installers are specially trained and equipped to safely deliver and install a variety of furniture products. Our Project Managers and Crew Leaders receive continuous product and installation training, to better service our customers.
Our staff can provide assistance on a variety of special projects such as systems furniture reconfiguration, furniture and/or equipment inventories or simply helping plan a future relocation. We will conduct space-planning analysis and gather needed information for each job classification to effectively create a standards program, if desired. We have the capability to pre-plan all activities, dismantle furniture, provide boxes and transportation, and reassemble furniture. |

Refurbishing |

 Did you know that most Steelcase products have a lifetime warranty? If you are having problems with any product sold by us, give us a call. We will assess the issue, research the warranty and prepare an estimate for repairs if necessary. We can also assist you with recommended maintenance, which prolongs the effective life of the furniture.
Corporate Design Inc. Offers complete furniture refurbishing services. These services range from repainting to reupholstering, turning old or damaged furniture into a product the client desires. |

 Leasing is a practical and convenient way to finance office furnishings and related services. Corporate Design Inc. can offer solutions to fit your company’s cash requirements and enable you to obtain the products you need.
